Personal Care Specialists help with daily activities such as bathing, dental care and other elements of personal hygiene.
Navigating financial matters can cause tremendous stress at this time. Social Workers will help you with insurance paperwork and other complex financial matters. They will also discuss decisions regarding future medical care, a living will, choosing a healthcare surrogate and organ donation. Hope’s counselors will also determine if you, or your loved one, are eligible for community support such government assistance, military resources, transportation or volunteer support.
At Hope Hospice , we provide chaplains and counselors to address spiritual and emotional issues, regardless of faith. With their support, you can find peace and comfort when it matters most.  Hope Hospice’s Volunteers are available to help with a variety of services from personal errands to transportation and emotional support. These compassionate individuals often lend a hand with day-to-day tasks so caregivers can spend time with their loved ones.

JFCS of Southwest Florida empowers individuals and families by giving them tools to address life’s challenges.  Services offered include mental health counseling, geriatric case management, dementia respite programs and the JFCS Food Pantry.

In 2014 JFCS opened the Naples Senior Center, the first senior center in Collier County.  With a membership of 800 the Naples Senior Center provides vibrant and varied programming for adults over the age of 60 Monday through Friday.

JFCS of Southwest Florida and the Naples Senior Center provide programs and services to all members of the communities of Collier and southern Lee Counties.  All are welcome!

Avow Hospice is Collier County’s original and only nonprofit, independent hospice, serving the community since 1983. Avow is the largest provider of hospice services in Collier County and is quality certified by the Joint Commission. Patients served by Avow are cared for by an interdisciplinary team that includes nurses, social workers, aides and physicians. Patients and families also may access music and massage therapy and spiritual care. Patients and families members also receive grief and bereavement support. Beyond patient care, Avow offers a variety of grief support programs that are open to the community at no cost and address a variety of grief-related needs including support for those who have lost a pet.
