Bruce Rosenblatt, “The Matchmaker of Senior Housing,” has overseen luxury retirement communities and assisted living facilities across the country for over 30 years with some of the nation’s leading senior living companies, including three prominent senior living communities in Southwest Florida. Bruce understands the many nuances of senior housing and uses his knowledge to help people make well-informed, educated decision. 

In 2008, Bruce developed Senior Housing Solutions which allows him to utilize his inside knowledge of the senior housing business to be a positive asset to someone trying to locate the best senior living community or assisted living facility in Southwest Florida.  

Bruce provides a very personalized service, many times meeting with families in the comfort of their own home. He schedules visits and if desired, will join you on your tours.  He is a very good ‘sounding board’ to help people understand the many differences that exist between all the communities.  He takes great pride in the many personal relationships he has made with families he has helped.  

Over the years, Bruce has helped many people with the decision to move to a senior living community and is considered an expert on the topic.

Bruce has a unique combination of compassion, expertise and knowledge and treats everyone like they are part of his family.

Bruce is a certified dementia practitioner (CDP) which is an educational resource to better understand the aging process and some of the challenges this presents.  Bruce is sensitive to families suffering from loved ones who have some level of memory loss and/or dementia.

Over the many years Bruce has lived in this area, he has developed key business relationships of trust professionals who share his philosophy of providing quality care and services for area seniors and their families. These relationships have created the foundation of the Seniors Resource Directory.

Bruce recognized a need to establish relationships with senior housing advisors across the country who have ‘boots on ground’ knowledge of the senior living options in their city.  Because of this, he created the National Network of Senior Housing Advisors (NNSHA).  

As an advocate for seniors in our area, Bruce has been a chairperson for the Leadership Coalition on Aging’s Empowerment Series and has served on the Board of Directors of the Area Agency on Aging for Southwest Florida, Jewish Family Services, the Retirement Housing Council of State of Florida and Naples Interagency Council. He is also an active member of the Jewish Federation Men’s Cultural Alliance and The Bonita Bay Networking Group.

Bruce is a native Floridian and a graduate of Florida State University. He is happily married to his wife, Gina (who also works in senior housing) and has two dogs, Rosie and Gigi.  He has lived in the Naples area since 1992 and is active with his community homeowner’s association. In his free time, he enjoys the Southwest Florida lifestyle including tennis, swimming, biking and boating. He is also a certified BBQ judge!

Bruce is a frequent guest speaker at many local clubs, organizations, and national senior-related conventions.
