Independent Living Communities

Senior independent living communities cater to seniors who are able to live independently without much medical assistance. Residents are able to care for themselves and able to exit the building in case of an emergency. Typically, independent living senior communities provide supportive services such as dining, housekeeping, maintenance, social activities, transportation and medical emergency response.  Should someone require assistance, usually this care is available in Assisted Living.

Independent Living communities can either be rental, equity, or through an entrance fee arrangement.
