Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a very important step in this process. We want to spend the time to get to know you and to introduce ourselves and our services to you. The more we know, the better we can assist you. The initial consultation is done either over the phone of virtually and takes approx. 20 to 30 minutes. There is no charge for this.
During this conversation, we would like to know more about your timing. Should you be considering a move within a year, we typically prefer to arrange a one-on-one meeting usually in comfort for your own home, so we can personally meet one another, and better assess your situation. Depending on how much research you have already done, our services are usually 100% free to you.
Should you be unsure of your timing and/or preparing for the future, we would gladly meet with you in-person; however, our time would be billable at our published hourly rate. See Fee Schedule
