Worked with Bruce to identify options and move my mother-in-law into her new senior community. I was in touch with him a while before we got serious with the process. He was super patient, informative and stayed in close touch. He's very knowledgable and very realistic. He's a straight-shooter and doesn't oversell or push at all. He worked with 3 of us (who live in two different states other than FL) via emails and phone calls. He knows the Naples area very well and has a good reputation amongs the communities. I was in a position of having to find a place for a friend who was declining and could no longer live on her own. She has no family in the area. I was referred to Bruce Rosenblatt by another Realtor. I telephoned him to see if he could help. He was wonderful to work with. He knows the facilities, inside and out, and can quickly advise as to the best places to fit the individual needs (and budget) of the potential resident. Moving into a facility of any kind is a huge adjustment for the resident as well as the family and making the right decision is critical. There are so many places, you can save a lot of time and concern by going directly to Senior Housing Solutions. For me finding Bruce was a huge relief, my friend is now nicely settled in the facility that was right for her.

I am so pleased to have the opportunity to write a review for Senior Housing Solutions. Bruce educated our family on all the different types of senior housing available in Naples, FL and what each type provided with "levels of care" according to each's contract.
As a longtime resident of Naples, Bruce also had insights on the different communities and the different "feel" of each one. His personal relationships with people at the communities also eased the search process.
My mother has made her selection and we are all excited about it and believe that she is headed to a community which will be perfect for her. Our family believes that we would not have gotten to this point without Senior Housing Solution's assistance. Thank you Bruce!

My husband and I were faced with a situation where my dad and mom were experiencing problems over the year maintaining their usual lifestyle. That is when we discovered Bruce Rosenblatt through a Senior Housing Article. We contacted him to see what avenue of placement would be best for them. Bruce was so helpful, informative and patient. We had many questions for him per telephone conversations and he walked us through all different housing facilities that fit my parent's needs and was affordable for us.
We would highly recommend contacting him if you find a situation like ours.

I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of options available when seeking a facility for my father. Bruce took the time to understand what I was looking for then recommended four places to check out. I went to three, all of which were excellent, but one stood out above the others and is one I wasn't likely to find on my own. His help cut my work down tremendously and enabled me to find a great place for my father. There's no telling how many facilities I'd have had to tour and how much more time I'd have had to invest in this process without him. I am so grateful that a friend recommended him and I took her advice.

Bruce's quick replies, vast insider knowledge of the industry/area, and a friendly tone made a huge difference as we were navigating finding care for Mom long-distance.

I guess the biggest thing was seeing how the few places we found on our own didn't hold a candle to the ones Bruce suggested (and the excellent top two places on our final list for Mom, were both put on our list at Bruce's suggestion).

Bruce was there with us throughout the process, and his contacts even did webinars on various senior living topics that were also very helpful.

Being our first experience with senior living, being long-distance, and being a middle-class income family trying to get excellent care for Mom... we felt pretty lost.

We're so glad we stumbled onto this idea of having someone help, and Bruce even negotiated a discount, which helped us afford things, and made Mom feel that much better about the move!

Bruce was very helpful when we were looking for an assisted living facility for our Mom!!! He gave us much advice from his many years of experience so that we could narrow down the many choices in Southwest Florida and find what we think is a "perfect fit" for our Mom. He gave us info on what to look for and what questions to ask when visiting a facility, explained the different pricing and licensing that these facilities have and provided webinars on related topics like "choosing between home health care and assisted living". He replied to our questions in a timely and professional manner.

Bruce has been an incredible resource for my brother and me while we’ve been assessing solutions for our father. Being in another state and not having been down this path before it can be a very intimidating and overwhelming process. Bruce has been so helpful. He’s taken the time to understand what our dad’s needs and preferences would be and has shared insight we never could have gotten on our own. Bruce is quite knowledgeable about senior housing facilities in this area and clearly describes the pros and cons of appropriate alternatives. This saves a lot of time because you do not have to research all the alternatives (of which there are many), and you can rely upon him to give you an objective assessment of each one. He also recommended a part time caregiver to assist until moving into a facility, and he recommended a firm to assist with the downsizing and the move. An excellent one-stop resource to advise on all aspects of transitioning to senior housing.
