Seniors living with early to late-stage Alzheimer’s, dementia or other cognitive challenges need some pretty specific things, like predictability and stability in their schedule. But that doesn’t mean they should be sitting around doing nothing. At Brookdale, our memory care residents are paired with others with similar abilities so that they can maintain the sense of “fitting in.” Then, they’re given at least six dementia-friendly activities each day to keep them engaged and active.

This memory care program is called Clare Bridge, and we think it’s the best way to give our residents their own best life. And often, the results are remarkable, providing a great quality of life for great seniors.
