Bruce B. Rosenblatt
Owner/Senior Housing Expert

Bruce Rosenblatt has overseen luxury retirement communities and assisted living facilities across the country for the last 30 years with some of the nation’s leading senior living companies, including three prominent senior living communities in Southwest Florida.

In 2008, Bruce developed Senior Housing Solutions which allowed him to utilize his inside knowledge of the senior housing business to be a positive asset to someone trying to locate the best retirement community or assisted living facility.  

Bruce has a unique combination of compassion, expertise and knowledge and treats everyone like they are part of his family.

Over the many years, Bruce has lived in this area, he has developed key business relationships of trust professionals who share his philosophy of providing quality care and services for area seniors.  These relationships have created the foundation of the Eldercare Directory

As an advocate for seniors in our area,  Bruce is a professional guardian and has served on Board of Directors of the Area Agency on Aging for Southwest Florida, Jewish Family Services and the Retirement Housing Council of State of Florida. He is also an active member of Naples Interagency, a senior-related business organization, Naples Chamber of Commerce, the Collier County Bar Association, and the Jewish Federation Men’s Cultural Alliance and The Bonita Bay Networking Group.

Bruce is a graduate of Florida State University and is happily married to his wife, Gina. He has lived in the Naples area for the past 27 years. In his free time, he enjoys an active lifestyle of tennis, boating, scuba diving and is a certified BBQ judge.

Bruce is a frequent guest speaker at many local clubs, organizations and national senior-related conventions.

 

Peggy N. Davis
Senior Housing Advisor – Collier County

Peggy Davis has been in the senior housing business for nearly 9 years serving as Sales Director at Aston Gardens at Pelican Marsh and was caregiver for her mom for nearly 6 years.

Peggy is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and followed her grandparents to Naples when she was very young.  Peggy raised 6 children and has 15 grandchildren. One son is proudly protecting our country as a US Marine.

Peggy’s career in Naples started with luxury real estate developments with Bonita Bay and WCI. A trip to St John USVI to visit her oldest son soon morphed into a move to the island where Peggy continued her real estate sales. Upon learning of her mother’s diagnosis with cancer, Peggy moved back to Naples to be a full-time caregiver. Peggy’s desire to help seniors and their families continued at Aston Gardens.

Peggy brings a high level of integrity, expertise and compassion to Senior Housing Solutions.

Peggy and her husband John are active in their church and enjoy the Southwest Florida lifestyle of golfing, boating and jet skiing.

 

 

Lisa Kay Butts
Senior Housing Advisor – Lee County

Lisa brings ten years of knowledge in the senior housing business, having worked as a certified Activity Director and a Certified Dementia Practitioner inside assisted living communities in Lee County.  Lisa brings an insight to Senior Housing Solutions from a Life Enrichment vantage point, which is integral in understanding the transition many seniors experience when looking for quality care and housing.

Lisa’s passion for working with Seniors stems from a respect and admiration for a generation that is mindful of family values, love of community and camaraderie in adverse times.  Working with seniors allows Lisa to give of herself in a way that is reminiscent of the senior population’s giving, thus entrusting her to carry those values forward.

Lisa sits on the board of CAMEO, a non-profit organization focused on raising grant money to distribute to organizations which serve the elderly population in Lee County.

Lisa and her husband, Tim live in Cape Coral and enjoy all the benefits of living 23 years in Southwest Florida.  Originally from Delaware, Lisa is an active member of English Springer Rescue America, Inc., a national dog rescue.  Her primary role is foster mom, but she also helps pull dogs in need and transports across the state and is currently on their Social-Media Committee.
